Antique Victorian Sterling Lava Cameo. The back of the frame is marked sterling. She measures approximately 1 3/4" by 1 1/2". Her nose has a tiny chip which is only noticeable from a side angle. Also, there are small chips around the outside diameter. Overall still a beautiful high relief detailed carved cameo. circa 1900.
