Vintage Signed Schreiner of NY Earrings with Necklace. This is a stunning pair of Schreiner of NY garnet colored rhinestone earrings, paired with an unsigned beauty of a necklace. The necklace has three large garnet colored chaton rhinestones as focal points. Each of them is set to resemble a flower opening, with the petals unfolding to lay flat. Going further up the sides of the necklace, the motif is continued by leaves adorned with more garnet rhinestones. The necklace measures 16 1/2" by 1 1/4", with a J hook closure.
The signed earrings are a half moon design, with clip backs. They have a large garnet colored chaton rhinestone center, surrounded by three rows of chatons, followed by oval, square and rectangle rhinestone. The earrings measure 1 1/4" by 3/4". The earrings are signed SCHREINER on the clip. The earrings have some patina on the back. The entire set is finished in a gold tone metal. The stones are all prong set and original, with none missing or any discoloration. There is some metal wear to the necklace, but still excellent vintage condition.
