Filigree Shell Cameo Necklace With Ruby Glass Stones. Large ruby red glass tones and a carved shell cameo adorn this antique filigree necklace. The chain looks like a gold vermeil over brass with some of the vermeil worn off which only accents the antique look. Measures 18" in length. The cameo measures 18mm by 14 mm. Very good condition.
