This lovely Victorian revival festoon necklace is filled with deep blue rhinestones. The center medallion has delicate filigree work radiating out from large center oval stone. It is all set in silver tone metal. The inner length is 17" and the center piece is 2" x 1 3/4" Excellent condition.
