Vintage Hattie Carnegie Primitives on Parade Frosted Glass Dog Brooch. This brooch was designed by Kenneth J. lane in the 1960's when he worked briefly with Hattie Carnegie. The brooch is not signed. It was sold with a paper tag. It is a well known book piece found in several Costume Jewelry books. It is Frosted Glass and gold tone metal. Measures 1 3/4" tall by 1 1/2"" wide and is in good vintage condition.
