Vintage Regency Saphiret Blue Topaz Rhinestone Necklace. Signed Regency. This has saphiret stones alternating with light topaz and lilac colored round cut faceted rhinestones. Measures 17" in length. Nice vintage condition with wear to the gold tone finish and some spotting from loss of foil under the stones. This is very hard to photograph, the necklace looks much better in person.
